BIO

Agnès Janowski is a 48-year-old French woman, a high achiever, successful entrepreneur, and mother of two 11-year-olds in a patchwork family.

For Agnès, life is limitless. Nothing is too big or unrealistic. She believes every woman can become the one who has it all:

“Your life, your business, your career, your love, your family: your rules!”

Confronted with adversity early in life, she faced the loss of her mother, who was diagnosed with cancer just months before Agnès completed her Baccalauréat (equivalent to A-levels). Her mother passed away while Agnès was studying in her Classes Préparatoires, far from home. This profound experience shaped her resilience and determination at an early stage.

Agnès graduated in 2000 from ESC Marseille, now KEDGE Business School, and earned a Master’s in International Finance in Birmingham. Her career began with an internship at Société Générale Investment Banking in Paris as a Junior Risk Manager. However, eager to broaden her understanding of the financial world, she started as a Financial Auditor at Mazars, working in France and Germany.  

After three years, Agnès took a sabbatical to travel the world. She spent several months in Japan and fell in love with the country, which led her to request an opportunity with Mazars to work in Tokyo during the audit season. This opportunity allowed her to extend her stay and deepen her experience.  

She then joined Deloitte in Paris as a consultant in Internal Audit and Control Management.  

In 2006, Société Générale Investment Banking sent her to Frankfurt, where, within two years, she built and led a team of 10 risk managers, overseeing a portfolio worth €2.5 billion. Agnès managed risks related to Leveraged Finance, Real Estate Finance, Export Finance, and Guarantees.  

As one of the few female managers in a male-dominated investment banking environment, she gained invaluable experience. Recognized as a talent and overachiever, she pursued extensive training with coaches and mentors, fully embracing her role as Head of Financing Operations in Frankfurt.  

In 2011, Agnès moved to India with now ex-her husband as expatriates, and in 2013, they welcomed their son.

Upon returning to Germany—this time to Berlin—she made a career shift and worked at IBM across various countries. However, this period eventually led to boreout, as she felt disengaged from her work. During this time, she reflected deeply on what constitutes a healthy, fulfilled, and happy life.  

After recovering, Agnès pursued further training in business (entrepreneurship in the US) and as a systemic coach and, in 2020, launched her own coaching business, focusing on empowering women, top managers, and CEOs.  

Fluent in English, German, and French, she has lived and worked in Japan, the UK, Germany, India, Switzerland, Algeria, and France. Her diverse experience and international background make her an exceptional mentor for women who aspire to have it all at any stage of their lives—freedom, career, love, family, health, and wealth.
